The Jordan Team is composed of Ron Jordan, Jeff Jordan, Justin Jordan, Carl Sanford & Lisa DiMario.  The Jordan Team engages in the real estate practice throughout Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, specializing in the buying and selling of properties in gated golf course communities, especially those developed by the Bonita Bay Group.

 

Ron Jordan began his real estate career after 40+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the automotive industry. Ron retired as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing with Dana Corporation in 1999. He began his real estate career with Coldwwell Banker and quickly became one of Coldwell Banker's top agents. In 2004, Ron was recognized by Coldwell  Banker for being in the top 1% of its agents worldwide. Ron joined Keller Williams Elite Realty in 2005 and was awarded Keller Williams' Triple Gold Medal in recognition of his sales exceeding $35,000,000 in 2005. In addition, Ron was a recipient of the 2005 Sales Excellence Award for exceptional sales performance by the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors, Inc.  Ron and his wife, Charlotte, reside in Shadow Wood at the Brooks in Bonita Springs, FL.

 

Jeff Jordan is an attorney, licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas. During the course of his 18 years of legal practice, Jeff was a trial litigator, in-house counsel for a large savings and loan association, in-house counsel for an insurance company and a solo practitioner. Jeff gave up his law practice in the summer of 2004, moved his wife and three children to Florida, and joined his father, Ron, to form The Jordan Team. After a short stint with Coldwell Banker, Jeff joined Keller Williams Elite Realty in 2005. Based on Sales exceeding $30,000,000 in 2005, Jeff was also awarded Keller Williams Triple Gold Medal.  He was also a recipient of the 2005 Sales Excellence Award for exceptional sales performance by the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors, Inc.  Jeff, his wife, Anna, and their three children reside in Verandah in Fort Myers, FL.

 

 

Justin Jordan has been working in Real Estate since 2003.  He was made the full time Jordan Team Manager in July 2008.  Through hands on experience and working closely with Ron and Jeff, Justin has become a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Justin graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Marketing in 2005.  Justin is very technology savvy, and his presence on the Jordan Team has greatly enhanced the team's effiency. Justin's is commited to making sure all departments and individuals are working together to ensure that our clients receive nothing but the best service.

                                                                    

Carl Sanford, brings 30 plus years of sales, marketing and manufacturing experience to the profession. Carl is a retired sales executive of the Sealed Air Corporation, the inventors and manufacturers of the well known product  Bubble Wrap® and other packaging materials world - wide. He is a member of  “Who’s Who” of the International Organization of Packaging Professionals (I.O.P.P.). Carl and his wife Joan retired to Bonita Springs, Florida in 2005. They reside in Shadow Wood at the Brooks.

Lisa DeMario’s background in real estate goes all the way back to her childhood in Euclid, Ohio, where her parents owned a real estate company called Cameo Realty. Now a veteran of 15 years in the real estate industry, Lisa has been recognized as a Top 50 Producer and has received numerous Quality Service Awards for providing her clients with outstanding service. Lisa’s advanced professional designations include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI). Lisa’s other accomplishments include 5 years of Branch Management experience and recognition by the Ohio Association of REALTORS for her sales accomplishments.
